What is included in every plan?
Every plan — including the free plan — includes the complete toolkit: AI-written posts for Google and Instagram, scheduling to both channels, review replies drafted in your voice, WhatsApp review requests, a results scorecard of calls and directions, autopilot with safety checks, and a one-tap pause. Nothing important is locked away.
What counts as a poster?
A poster is one AI-designed image made from your brand — your logo, colours, offer text and contact details. Posts with your own photos, AI-written captions and review replies do not use any of your poster allowance.
What happens when my monthly posters run out?
Nothing breaks. All features keep working — posts, reviews, replies and captions. You can top up more posters with a one-time top-up pack (they never expire), or wait for your monthly allowance to reset on your billing date.
How much does a top-up cost?
Top-up poster packs are available from inside the app. They never expire and are used after your monthly allowance.
Is there an agency or multi-location plan?
Yes. The Agency plan is billed per client business per month. All your client businesses share a single poster pool — so a busy client can borrow from a quiet one. Client approval links let clients approve posts on WhatsApp without creating an Adzora account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from within the app — no forms, no phone calls. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your data is kept for 90 days so you can export it.
