Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Adzora. By creating an account you agree to them. Adzora is operated from India; questions go to hello@adzora.in.

The service

Adzora helps you manage your Google Business Profile and related marketing: AI-drafted posts and review replies you approve, review-request messages to opted-in customers, and a dashboard of your results. You remain responsible for the content you approve and publish under your business’s name.

Your account and your business

• You confirm you are authorised to manage the business profiles you connect.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• You may disconnect Adzora from your Google account, pause all publishing, or delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use and review compliance

• No fake, incentivised or gated reviews. Review requests may be sent only to genuine customers who have opted in. Adzora enforces these rules technically, and attempting to bypass them is a breach of these terms.
• No unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, and no messaging to people who have not consented.
• You must comply with the policies of the platforms you connect (Google, WhatsApp) and applicable law, including the DPDP Act for your customers’ data.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed per active location per month, in INR, via Razorpay (UPI and cards), with GST invoices.
• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits; top-ups are available. Unused credits do not carry over unless stated otherwise.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Past-due accounts may have publishing features suspended until payment is updated.

Third-party platforms

Adzora depends on third-party platforms (Google Business Profile, WhatsApp, Razorpay). We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes or decisions, though we work to handle disruptions gracefully. Google, Google Maps and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC; WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Adzora is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Meta.

Disclaimers and liability

Adzora improves your profile’s freshness, reviews and responsiveness, but no one can guarantee a specific search ranking or a specific business outcome, and we make no such guarantee. The service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we will notify you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
