Delete your Adzora account

You can request account deletion in the app, from a browser, or by email. All three remove your personal data.

What deletion does: your name, phone number and profile photo are removed; your email is replaced with an anonymised placeholder; you are signed out everywhere. Customer contacts stored against your email are scrubbed. Business content (posts, reviews) created under your account remains with the business owner if you were a team member. This cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app

The fastest way. Works on Android and iOS.

  1. Open Adzora on your phone.
  2. Tap More (bottom-right tab).
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  5. Confirm when prompted. Your deletion request is submitted immediately.

Sign in to Adzora in your browser, then use the link below to submit your deletion request without opening the app.

Delete by email

If you can't access the app or the link above, email us from the address on your Adzora account:

hello@adzora.co.in

Write "Delete my Adzora account" in the subject line. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days, in accordance with India's DPDP Act.
